HAWAII COVID-19 Update as of 04/25/2020

Hawaii continues to be proactive about containing the spread of COVID-19.

The health and safety of our employees and our communities are our top priorities, but we are also working to continue to support our partners and customers during this unprecedented disruption to normal business operations.

Our office is located in Honolulu, HI on the island of Oʻahu and the City and County of Honolulu issued an order on Sunday, March 22 to stay at home, work from home except for essential needs beginning at 4:30 pm on Monday, March 23 until April 30, which was recently extended to May 31. It means for all Oʻahu residents to stay and work at home and go out for only essential services like health care, grocery stores, and others. For more information on the order, you can visit here.

HonInfo continues to monitor the COVID-19 situation and is prepared to shift into remote operations as needed. Except for over-the-counter requirements, all research, retrieval and filing requests will be processed as usual. As for Registered Agent SOP deliveries, alternative strategies are being developed.
